Alex Jeffreys is amazing, what a great call today, very inspirational. Today is the first day that I have really been able to back plan a clear path to where I want to be. I have also been able to not only set goals and plan with a IM buisness, but also my husbands and my exsisting business (which is on top of two full time jobs). It is a web based business Canvas Prints Online.
I now have a very clear idea and path of where I want the canvas printing business to be but also, but also feel I have resources and knowledge to get it there. The first thing I will be doing is setting up a list building resource with a free ebook. Outsourcing is a big scary world for me, but after today’s call with Alex Jeffreys, it all seems pretty straight forward. I have already posted on elance to have a eBook written for the canvas printing site, yeah! I am easily amused by the simple achievements in life.
I am so very excited about the path I am going to be travel and now also have some great ideas for future eBooks. I am also really looking forward to getting to know and work with some fellow students of Alex Jeffreys.

Do not be afraid by outsourcing. It’s great. There are so many eager people out there desperate to do the crappy, but essential jobs you need completed to get your business going.
Plus, for other more specialised areas, such as graphic design for ebook covers, web banners etc, outsourcing the job to a professional rather than wasting hours and hours of your own time only to produce really substandard work is a complete no-brainer.
Embrace outsourcing. It’s the future

Just wanted to say hello…im on Alexs course as well …and have the same opinion so far awesome.
Ive even been videoing myself for my about me page something i would have never done two weeks ago……first 10 goes are on the cutting room floor!
Anyway back to the point can you tell me how you get on with elance ive posted an a job for a report and have had various quotes from $200 dollars to $500 dollars

Thanks for the comment. I have also had mixed response from elance.
So far for a small ebook I have had quotes from $75 to $400. I am going to let the add run it’s course and see what happens.
I would be interested to know how you get on as well.
